The community-focused tourism advice was a nice touch.
Despite the excellent dining atmosphere, the service was subpar. The staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to lengthy waits and mistakes with orders. The parking distance to the hotel is a significant inconvenience, especially for those with mobility issues.

As part of the hotel was a convent/monastry we found it very interesting the way the conversion had married with modern architecture. In the centre of the lovely town of Llanes, very quaint and totally unspoilt. Parking was very convenient at the sister hotel, just down the street.

The room was extremely clean. The bar staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The bar had a nice atmosphere with locals drinking in it too, but at times the terrace felt a bit quiet and we were the only people. The room was generally well fitted out, a nice size and the bathroom was nice and big. In general the hotel had a really nice feel to it. The location was good, being very close to the town centre but not on a noisy street and with no noisy bars below. The room was nice and cool even though it was a hot day.
Not a complaint, but I thought the receptionist, although professional and efficient, was not really very friendly. A smile might have been nice to make me feel welcome. The water didn't escape very weoll from the shower. The light switch by the bed didn't work. So although generally extremely good and good for a three star hotel, there is room for improvement. More blankets on the bed would be good too.

Overall clean place in historic style with all necessary facilities. Easy to get to, handy location really close to all the main sights of Llanes, the center of Llanes and a converted chapel. Easy walk to Casino of Llanes.

Wonderful location, nice rooms and balcony overlooking a secondary surfing bay, if you get a front room as we did. Exceptionally good value with breakfast included in low rate.
Satff were a bit off-hand maybe due to end of season tiredness

We loved the charming atmosphere and delicious food at the Don Paco, though street noise occasionally interrupted our sleep. Great bicycle rental options available nearby.

Had a blast with friends! The location was perfect for exploring local eateries and shops. We enjoyed fine views and the terrace was a great spot to relax. Breakfast offered a good variety, and we ordered a special dinner for a friend's birthday, fantastic. Plus, there are nearby bike rentals to explore nature comfortably.
We did have some trouble with a waiter at lunch who seemed indifferent when we arrived, which put a damper on our experience.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The room was spotless, bathroom delightful and modern. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent value and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were apprehensive prior to arrival because of the low star rating; this hotel easily makes a 4 star rating in our view. Brilliant value and location.

Excellent service that included thoughtful touches, like complimentary starters at dinner. The dining area transformed from an old chapel created a unique atmosphere. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, enjoyed on a lovely outdoor terrace.
Though charming, some rooms experienced noticeable noise from the lively street outside, which could disrupt sleep.

The location was amazing - so close to center of Llanes and the beautiful old chapel and the main squares-far enough away to be quiet. My room was decent sized and had central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen TV.

The Hotel has modern facilities but brilliantly designed in an old convent . Our rooms had everything we needed and large bathrooms with bath /shower. The manger was always around , helpful and obviously loved the place. Breakfast terrific , a bit expensive but worth it.

I was really impressed by the unexpected late-night dinner service that turned out to be a delicious treat, and the welcome sweets in the room added a nice touch. Enjoyed some relaxation in the beautiful garden area after a day of exploring. The cozy leisure room was great for unwinding. The only drawback was the lack of an air conditioning unit, but it didn't take away from my fantastic experience!

The hotel was authentic Spanish with modern decor and facilities in the room. It was clean and ideally situated for the beach and town centre
